THe SeXY CHeF Group has been created to celebrate the unique qualities of female chefs across America by changing the narrative regarding the opportunities, treatment and perception afforded them. 

THe SeXY CHeF Group encourages and promotes by example, women developing their own branded products, education and business funding sources and opportunities, as well as the importance of confidence building and coping mechanisms in a largely male centric profession.
